📦 Processing & Fulfillment Time

All of our products are made to order, which means production begins after you place your order.

  • Fulfillment time: Typically 2–5 business days
  • Some items (like all-over print or embroidered products) may take up to 7 business days

Please note: Fulfillment time is separate from shipping time.


🚚 Estimated Delivery Time

Once fulfilled, orders are shipped based on your location:

United States 3–5 business days
United Kingdom 5–10 business days
Europe 5–10 business days

Please note: We currently only ship to the United States, United Kingdom, and Europe.
We are working to expand our shipping zones in the near future.


🌍 Shipping Areas

At this time, we do not ship to countries outside the USA, UK, and Europe.
If your location is unavailable at checkout, it means we do not currently support shipping to that region.


🔄 Split Shipments

You may receive multiple packages if your order includes different product types or items fulfilled at different locations.
Each shipment will have its own tracking number.


🧾 Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped to the UK or Europe may be subject to customs fees or VAT, depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


📬 Address Issues & Delivery Failures

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
We are not responsible for:

  • Orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Unclaimed or refused packages returned by the carrier

Re-shipping may be available at the customer’s expense.
