Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Most of our products are made-to-order and typically take 2–5 business days to be prepared. Once shipped, delivery time to the USA is approximately 3–4 business days.
So in total, you can expect to receive your order within 5–9 business days from the time of purchase.

Please note: During peak seasons or holidays, fulfillment may take slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience!

Q: Where are your products shipped from?

A: We partner with multiple production and shipping facilities around the world. Your order will ship from the location closest to your address to ensure faster delivery.

Q: Will I receive tracking information?

A: Absolutely! Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Q: Can I make changes or cancel my order after placing it?

A: Because we begin production shortly after an order is placed, changes or cancellations are only possible within the first 12 hours. If you need help, contact us as soon as possible.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We currently accept PayPal for all purchases. It’s a fast, secure, and easy way to pay using your PayPal balance, credit card, or linked bank account.

Q: What size should I choose?

A: Each product page includes a detailed size guide to help you choose the best fit. We recommend checking it before placing your order.

Q: Will the colors match what I see on my screen?

A: We do our best to display colors accurately, but please note that screen settings and lighting may cause slight variations.

Q: How do I care for my printed clothing?

A: To maintain quality:

  • Wash inside out, in cold water
  • Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry
  • Avoid ironing directly over the print
  • Do not use bleach

Q: Can I return or exchange an item?

A: Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or preference. However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll gladly replace it at no cost.

Q: What if I received a defective or wrong item?

A: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue. We’ll make things right as quickly as possible.

Q: Why did I receive only part of my order?

A: To speed up delivery, items may be shipped separately from different facilities. You’ll receive tracking info for each shipment.

Q: Do you offer custom or personalized items?

A: Not at the moment, but we’re working on offering personalization soon! Stay tuned.

Q: Will I be charged in my local currency or in US dollars?

A: All prices on our store are listed in USD ($). If you're shopping from outside the United States, your bank may convert the total amount to your local currency based on the current exchange rate at the time of purchase. This is done automatically by your bank or card provider.
