Because each item in our store is made to order especially for you, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds in the following cases:

- Incorrect address entered at checkout
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
